3. Customized Products

In accordance with Portuguese Decree-Law No. 24/2014, customized products are not eligible for refunds or returns. This includes products produced according to customer specifications, such as business cards, flyers, banners or any printed materials with custom designs, text, dimensions or finishes provided by the customer.

By confirming the order, the customer declares that all files and specifications have been reviewed and approved, including content, colors, dimensions, finishes and quantities.

4. Non-Customized Products

For non-customized products, the customer has the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 consecutive days from the date of receipt, provided that:

• The product has not been used;
• The product is in perfect condition;
• The product is returned in its original packaging.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless otherwise stated.

5. Errors, Defects or Non-Conformity

A full refund or replacement will be provided in the following cases:

• Manufacturing defects;
• Printing errors attributable to Gráfica iPrint;
• Delivery of a product different from what was ordered.

The customer must report the issue within a maximum of 5 business days after receiving the order, using the contact email provided on the website and attaching photographic evidence.

After validation, graficaiprint.pt will proceed with either:

• Reprinting the product at no additional cost; or
• Issuing a refund for the amount paid.

6. Refund Exclusions

Refunds or reprints will not be accepted in the following situations:

• Errors resulting from files supplied by the customer;
• Spelling, color or layout errors approved by the customer;
• Color variations caused by differences between screen display and printed output;
• Final proof approval by the customer.

7. Refund Method

When applicable, refunds will be processed using the same payment method used for the purchase, within a maximum period of 14 days after validation of the return or complaint.
